Your role is one of three ‘Head of School’ roles that will ensure all learners have a coherent effective and engaging provision at the Isle of Portland Aldridge Community Academy. Your learners from Year 5 onwards will be based in ‘Admiralty School’, one of the three ‘school within school’ spaces. All of your learners will benefit from specialist facilities across a new multi-million pound campus. This models brings the advantages of small schools: small family groups, all learners well known by your staff, plus the advantages of a large school: great facilities and a broad curriculum.
