Hours of Work: 37 hours per week (including occasional early mornings, evenings and weekends).
Location: NPTC Group. Initially based at the Afan campus.

A thriving tertiary and general FE college covering a third of the land mass of Wales, we have a student population of 13,000, and circa 850 staff. The School of Hairdressing and Applied Therapies curriculum is delivered over 3 campuses throughout Neath Port Talbot and Powys, with the highest concentration of students based on the Afan Campus.

We wish to appoint an operationally focused manager who can add value to a successful college. A professional with experience of/or qualifications in Management, and experience of managing and motivating staff, and leading a high performing Hairdressing and Applied Therapies department.
