The successful applicant will lead the development and implementation of the school’s vision and strategy, drive forward new and ongoing school improvements, have the ambition to make The Heath School an outstanding school. We require an excellent leader with outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to enthuse, motivate and engage students, colleagues and other stakeholders.  Previous experience as a Deputy Headteacher is essential.

The Heath School is a mixed, non-selective, non-denominational secondary school in Cheshire serving students from the age of 11-16. The secondary school, situated in Runcorn has approximately 1201 students on record. It is part of The Heath Family (NW) Multi-Academy Trust.
