Job overview

We are looking for a dynamic, passionate and inspirational school leader to co-oordinate whole school improvement and provide the very best for students in our care.

The Head of School Improvement will be responsible for helping the school to plan, articulate and implement strategies for building on the school’s successes and further raising standards.

Colegio Internacional de Valladolid is a private, non-selective, co-educational school in Valladolid. It is part of the International Education Partnership (IEP). IEP owns a number of private schools in Spain where the students are at the heart of the learning process. Our schools are characterised by active learning methods which encourage discovery, critical thinking, curiosity and independence. The schools share a strong common ethos. You will have:

• Evidence of being an outstanding practitioner

• Previous experience in a post of responsibility

• Experience of school self-evaluation and formulating and implementing development plans

• Proven track record of developing and supporting a team to raise standards

• Ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish
