About the Role

Are you passionate about driving positive change in education? Do you possess the leadership skills necessary to inspire and guide educators towards excellence? If so, we invite you to join our team as the Head of School Improvement. The role reports to the Managing Director for Spain and Italy, with a dotted line to the European Director of Education and works in collaboration with the central functions and the schools’ leadership teams.

As Head of School Improvement, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing strategies to enhance teaching and learning outcomes across our schools in Spain and Italy. Working closely with school leaders, teachers and other stakeholders you will identify areas of improvement, design evidence-based interventions and monitor progress towards our improvement goals. In this role you will also support the integration of new schools.

The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader with a deep commitment to educational excellence. You will be a strategic thinker who can analyse complex data, identify trends, and develop targeted interventions to drive meaningful change. The successful candidate will possess a growth mindset, continuously seeking out new ideas and best practices to enhance teaching and learning outcomes. You will be an effective communicator and collaborator, able to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
