The desired post is for a Head of School KS3 at Loxley Hall, our school site in Uttoxeter ST14 8RS. The successful applicant will be directly accountable to the Executive Principal, but will be responsible for the day to day management of the school across its KS3 delivery.
You will need to be able to work with distinction in both strategic and operational work streams, have a proven record of being creative and solution focused and have the emotional resilience to lead staff by example in a challenging and dynamic environment.
