The Howard Academy Trust seeks to appoint a resilient, dynamic and inspiring Head of School with a proven track record in educational leadership to share our ambition and strategic vision and to build upon the current success of Thames View Primary School.

Thames View Primary School has an excellent local reputation. It has a talented staff who are committed to the children who are very eager to learn. At this key time in the school’s development, we want to appoint a Head of School who can work collaboratively with all stakeholders to continue moving the school forward and raise standards.  

The Head of School will have successful leadership experience, coupled with strong interpersonal skills, which make them an effective leader.  We want the Head of School to lead on ensuring that high quality education and care is in place for all children and to focus on further improving academic achievement and character development. 

The Head of School will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with other Head of Schools in the Trust and have access to first class professional support and development.
