Job overview

About us

At Inspiration Trust we believe that great leaders change children’s lives. We are looking for the next leader for one of our flagship schools.

Jane Austen College is a mainstream free school in the centre of Norwich. Founded in 2014, it was created to offer an exceptional education to the children it serves. Today, the school has over 1000 students from Year 7 to Year 13, and an established record of excellent results. During the Covid-19 pandemic the school launched an innovative online curriculum within days, and set the bar for how to serve a community through a time of crisis.

The Inspiration Trust has twice ranked as the country’s top comprehensive secondary schools group on the national performance tables. We are well known for developing brilliant leaders and for being one of the first Trust’s to invest in a knowledge-rich curriculum. Inspiration Trust is a family of schools and we are committed to improving outcomes for the most disadvantaged and vulnerable children in our communities.
