Attleborough & Rosecroft Primary Federation is recruiting for a Head of School for Attleborough Primary School. This role is an exciting leadership opportunity within our successful Federation and combines management freedom for effective leaders with secure central support. The Federation fully encourages collaboration for success.

Attleborough Primary School is a vibrant, aspirational, and successful primary school located in the bustling market town of Attleborough, situated in south Norfolk with excellent access to the A11, enabling an easy commute across the region. As a Head of School you will have the opportunity to make a real difference to the future lives of our children whilst developing your own professional skills and expertise. 

The successful candidate will bring significant expertise and experience, and a proven track record of a positive impact in a variety of leadership roles. You will have experience of raising standards in teaching and learning and understand the importance of building school culture where all members of the school community can thrive. We would love to hear how you demonstrate exceptional communication skills and build strong relationships with pupils, staff and parents, as well as  other professionals and members of your community.
