Are you currently a Deputy/Assistant Headteacher, a Headteacher of a small school or an experienced senior leader who is looking for their next exciting leadership challenge? 

Cutteslowe Primary School need an exceptional Head of School with a clear vision and a passion for working with children within primary education. The successful candidate will provide leadership of learning, manage the day-to-day operation of the school and, with the Executive Headteacher, play a major role in our strategic development.

Do you have a proven track record of working effectively with children? Can you motivate and support children to learn? Can you inspire and lead a team to provide an excellent education? If so, we can offer the right candidate enthusiastic children and staff, newly refurbished and extended school buildings with extensive outdoor spaces and committed Cutteslowe School Friends and Governors. The successful candidate will also benefit from a professional development package which includes access to a professional leadership coach.

Cutteslowe Primary School also works in partnership with Oxford City Council. On being recruited to the role of Head of School, candidates will be able to apply for an equity loan of up to £75,000 to buy a property on the open market. Further information is included in the application pack.

The school is part of the growing River Learning Trust. We have a particularly strong partnership with Wolvercote Primary School which is also led by our Executive Headteacher.
