Head of School (Primary Phase) (L18 – L22)

To start in January 2020

Holy Trinity is a through school (for pupils aged 3 to 16 years) in a purpose-built, state of the art building which opened in 2012. We have a 420 place primary phase and a 700 place secondary phase. Our 3 – 16 through-school status offers exciting and innovative learning opportunities which enhance progress and create a seamless transition between Key Stages 2 and 3. 

We are committed to continuous improvement in teaching and learning and our Continued Professional Development programme supports this.

This is a truly unique and exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, experienced and energetic leader, ambitious for our pupils, to take our primary phase to the next level of its development. We are looking for an outstanding Head of School with a passion for the development of teaching and learning and a vision to inspire staff, pupils and parents. You will work as part of our supportive and ambitious Senior Leadership Team to ensure that our Christian ethos permeates all that we do and that our curriculum and teaching approaches are progressive and coherent across all phases. You will be accountable for the development of the staff within the primary phase, working with primary phase leaders to develop and embed consistently high quality teaching; leading to excellent outcomes.

An enhanced DBS check is required for this post.  The successful candidate will be required to complete a Disclosure & Barring Services form in line with Section 115 of The Police Act 1997.
