St Paul’s Way Trust School is seeking to appoint an exceptional ‘Head of School’ to lead the Primary Phase within our Outstanding All-Through School.

St Paul’s Way Trust Primary School provision (2FE) opened in September 2014 and has since moved into brand new purpose built accommodation. Our first cohort of Y6 students moved to St Paul’s Way Trust Secondary provision in Sep 2021.

St Paul’s Way Trust School is the most oversubscribed school in the borough with a track record for high standards and innovation. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Deputy Headteacher (or existing Headteacher) who has the passion, commitment and expertise to lead our primary school in its next phase of development.

The role benefits from the opportunities presented by working within the Executive Leadership Team for our All-Through School, alongside the CEO for our Trust (The University Schools Trust) and the leadership teams of other schools in the Trust. Our Multi-Academy Trust is currently growing which presents exciting career development opportunities in the future. One of our Patrons is Professor Brian Cox CBE.

You will be keen to take advantage of all the opportunities presented by working in a dynamic and innovative organisation, which has the advantage of partnerships with secondary school colleagues, world leading Universities and Corporate Trust partners.

Working within this exciting organisation, you will be an experienced Deputy Head or existing Headteacher who is passionate about the entitlement of every young person to a rich, challenging and inspiring education. You will have a track record of driving school improvement through the development of high performing teams.

The successful candidate will have an unwavering belief in the potential of every pupil to succeed and have a creative approach to school leadership.
