We are excited to offer the post of Head of School at Shrewton CE Primary School, working in dynamic partnership with dedicated experienced staff and other senior leaders across the Trust to take this school forward on the next challenging and exciting stages of its journey.
Applicants will have responsibility for the teaching standards and pupil outcomes in four classrooms, leading a team of teachers, a SENDco, support staff and currently 106 children. There will be a teaching commitment of around 40%, which itself presents an opportunity to set the high standards required for Shrewton’s continued journey of improvement. This is an ideal role for an outstanding practitioner with experience of senior leadership and further ambition for the future. They will be able to demonstrate the impact and effectiveness of their leadership role in their present setting.
This presents a wonderful opportunity to move to a Head of School position whilst benefiting from the support of experienced colleagues from the Trust. This will ensure the academy continues to be highly effective, innovative, creative and a distinctive Christian learning community.
