Head of School.

Reporting to: Executive Headteacher/Chief Executive 

We are seeking to appoint a Head of School with the ability to provide inspirational leadership and outstanding learning opportunities that enable children to achieve the highest standards.

Woodford Green Primary School is a one-form-entry school with onsite Nursery. The school was inspected by Ofsted in 2017 and remains a ‘Good’ school. The school has a long history, with the reputation of being the oldest primary school in the London Borough of Waltham Forest. Our school is a place where everyone is valued and supported, where we all work hard to be the best that we can be, both as learners and as responsible citizens and members of society.

As Head of School, you will lead from the front, working with school SLT, the trust and board of governors to drive improvements and ensure the school is progressing on its journey to Outstanding. You will champion growing excellence and will motivate school staff and pupils to achieve to the best of their abilities. This is a great chance for a dynamic Senior Leader or existing Head of School to join a forward-thinking school and multi-academy trust.
