HEAD OF SCHOOL

(Leadership 17- 21, £58,389 – £64,417)

The Governors are seeking to appoint an outstanding teacher with a proven track record for whole school improvement. The successful candidate will assist the Headteacher in building the school from good to outstanding, manage a highly skilled and resourceful staff team and be instrumental in the design of a whole school provision that transforms the lives of pupils between 4-19 years with additional learning needs (ASD and MLD). The school fosters partnerships with all parents, carers and with all stakeholders in the locality to support our happy and caring school.

You will be expected to:

• Work collegially to raise ambition and attainment across the school.

• Strategically plan and lead on areas within the school improvement plan.

• Manage and inspire children, parents/carers and colleagues.
