Job overview

This person will be looking to enable our young people to achieve outstanding results in all Sciences. This is an excellent opportunity for an outstanding teacher who is now looking for new challenges or promotion to head of department in a supportive and successful Academy.

We work in an effective collaborative with the very best local and national schools so that all teachers continue to thrive and engage in the latest teaching developments and practice. We prioritise excellent learning behaviours in our students and strong pastoral support so that learning is disruption free, teachers can teach and students can focus. The candidate should be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills.  They should be an outstanding classroom practitioner, have enthusiasm for their subject and be capable of teaching Science across our full age and ability range.  Candidates should preferably have previous experience in a position of responsibility, or be able to demonstrate a proven record of experience and achievements.

The successful candidate will have an unwavering belief in the potential of every child.
