The posts are available due to the rising numbers in the Secondary phase of the school and the introduction of boarding facilities in 2016.
GEMS Cambridge International School, Kampala offers the National Curriculum for England and Cambridge IGCSE examinations with A Level introduced 2016/17. The school offers excellent facilities set in a modern campus in one of Kampala’s most prestigious new developments.

Head of Science
- We are looking for an outstanding teacher to join this school in what will be the third year of the school’s operation.
- To be considered for this position you will be a qualified Secondary teacher, ideally with experience and a good knowledge and understanding of effective teaching of Science within the guidance of the National Curriculum for England.
- Experience in delivering Cambridge IGCSE/A Level Biology.
- Applications from single teachers or teaching couples are welcomed.
- International teaching experience may be an advantage.
