We are currently seeking to recruit a Head of Secondary and Post-16. This is a key role on our Senior Leadership Team and is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to join our experienced team dedicated to enhancing our learners’ future life-long outcomes. We provide an education that, not only enables learners to continually learn and make progress but that also offers exciting and aspirational opportunities to take part in learning activities that prepare them for adulthood, overcome barriers and lead to lifelong achievement and wellbeing. This role offers an opportunity to work with our inspiring learners and lead our committed staff team to develop further their aspirations and provision.

The successful candidate will be an outstanding classroom practitioner with experience in a SEN setting who is able to inspire the Secondary and Post-16 team and ensure best practice is delivered. The Head of Secondary and Post-16 will have the opportunity to develop the curriculum and implement teaching strategies as we continually strive to improve our practice.
