Fairfax Academy is looking to recruit an dedicated and experienced Secondary school Headteacher, to continue leading the school on its journey to becoming an outstanding educational institution.
Opened in 2021, Fairfax Academy has quickly become one of the best schools on the island of Koh Phangan, Thailand. We are a non-formal, British international school. Our school is both primary and secondary. Our classes our full, with considerable waiting lists.
Since opening, the school's goal has been to provide an excellent standard of education to the children in our care, to ensure a safe, nurturing and engaging environment for the children to learn in, and to raise the educational standards for everyone on our island.
As the school continues to grow, we would like to appoint a specialized primary head, that is able to support and lead the Secondary school.
Successful candidates will need to:
- Lead by example and enthusiasm.
- Provide a clear vision for the school and role model outstanding leadership in order to continue the school's fantastic progress.
- Ensure high quality learning comes first in a caring and supportive environment.
