Suitable candidates will:

• be a native level English speaker,
• have a degree and teaching specialism in any Secondary subject,
• have taught for at least three years as a qualified teacher up to A Level,
• be able to positively reinforce high expectations of behaviour,
• have proven pastoral and/or academic leadership qualities, 
• have a desire to be involved in the out of hours programme,
• be willing to be involved in the boarding life of the school,
