(2013), Bangkok (2016), Dubai (2018) and Singapore

(2020). The family of schools also includes Brighton

College Prep School, St Christopher’s and Handcross

BCIS team, while implementing the vision of the family

of schools in their local contexts.

The Head of Brighton College Al Ain is now seeking an

inspirational Head of Senior School, with a start date of

January 2022.

Brighton College Al Ain is well-established, successful

academically and characterised by the pillars of

of all Brighton College schools. The school reflects the

cultural context in which it operates and is entering an

exciting new phase of development.

The successful candidate will combine a track record of

successful middle or senior leadership experience,

cultural awareness and global perspective to inspire

and lead the entire College community on all areas

related to the Senior School.

All our leaders and teachers understand the values of a

Brighton College education, the expectations of parents

for the highest educational standards and the needs of

our pupils, who are very motivated to learn. We are

looking for an educational leader with the energy and

Brighton College DNA running right through the school.

The successful candidate will have experience of

delivering academic excellence (including an in-depth

knowledge of the British curriculum), supported by

outstanding pastoral and co-curricular programmes,

that are essential to the success of any Brighton College

authenticity, purpose and a deep-seated commitment

to the progress and development of each and every

pupil within their school.

The position comes with an attractive salary and a

competitive package including medical cover, flights,

housing and free child school places.
