Bournemouth Collegiate School is a rapidly growing co-educational independent school situated on the south coast.  The School has extensive facilities, on two sites.  BCS provides a nurturing environment where the happiness of the pupils comes first.


We are seeking to appoint an experienced or aspiring Head of Sixth Form.


The Head of Sixth Form is responsible for the academic and pastoral development of Sixth Form students, ensuring high-level outcomes for all. 


The successful candidate will have significant leadership skills and a track record of impressive organisational and interpersonal skills. They should possess the ability to motivate, challenge and inspire staff and pupils, combining personal integrity with high expectations of themself and others.


Applicants must have the ability to deliver outstanding lessons and hold a genuine belief in maximizing the potential of all pupils with a commitment to promoting high expectations and achievements within the School.
