We are looking for an inspiring leader with enthusiasm and commitment to grow and further develop our expanding, successful Sixth Form. You should be passionate about providing young people with a safe, supportive yet challenging environment in which to secure their success.

We are a forward thinking school combining traditional values with innovative teaching and learning. We provide a broad and balanced education for all our students who are set challenging academic and personal targets and are given the inspiration to succeed. A high proportion of our students join our successful sixth form alongside many external students.
The successful candidate will be responsible for, among other things, academic progress, pastoral welfare, admissions and the smooth day-to day running of the Sixth Form.
The successful applicant will –
- Be a strong communicator
- Have excellent interpersonal and people management skills
- Be able to work independently and as part of a team
- Be able to prioritise and manage time effectively
