Job Purpose: To lead and manage the Sixth Form.
Leadership A key element of this post is substantial team leadership. The post- holder will lead and manage the Sixth Form Team comprising the Assistant Head of Sixth Form, the IB, ToK, CAS, EE and Universities and Oxbridge / Medical Applicants Team Leaders, responsible teachers and Sixth Form Tutors. In addition, the post holder will liaise with members of the Senior Leadership Team and other key members of staff.
