Job overview
We are looking to appoint a Head of Social Studies for April 2022, or September 2022. The Social Communications Faculty incorporates the department of Social Studies and the line management of the Modern Foreign Languages department. You will lead on on Social Studies subjects and line managing MFL, supported by a second in charge, who is an MFL specialist.
Being able to teach both Psychology and Sociology will be an asset to the this post. This faculty englobes some of the most popular subjects at GCSE and A Levels.
You should be forward looking, strategic and always looking to achieve the very best outcomes for all the students in your care. Some prior departmental leadership experience is advisable.
