We are looking to appoint an experienced Head of Special Education Needs Department with the drive to lead in a diverse and busy environment and integrate themselves into both team and individual work. The appointee will oversee the development of the SEN department to reflect our school's growth. As a member of the middle leadership team, the Head of Department plays an important role in leading and coordinating high quality student academic support as well as ensuring positive staff morale and high standards of student welfare and safeguarding.

The School is unable to offer Tier 2 sponsorship for this role. Please ensure that you already have the legal right to work and reside in the UK.
