Tolworth Girls' School & Sixth Form is a World Class School with high expectations, encouraging our students to be aspirational with their learning and to enjoy all aspects of school life. We are looking to appoint an experienced Teacher to lead our new Specialist Resource Provision unit.
This post offers an excellent opportunity for a well-qualified and focused specialist, to work within an innovative and successful Inclusion Faculty. We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated professional who has a real understanding of students with SEMH and ASD. They must have a real love for their field and the capacity to use creative approaches in their teaching. We have a hardworking faculty, with a strong team ethos.
Reporting to the SENCO you will lead colleagues in providing appropriate support for students who present with social, emotional, cognitive/ASD and any associated behavioural challenges. You will work closely with internal colleagues, students and their families and build relationships with external agencies and the local authority.
