Full Time: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday

About you:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-centric Head of Student Registry to lead the team in delivering an exceptional student support service, including administering admissions, enrolments, loans and bursaries, exams, resource planning, and timetabling.

About you:

  • You will have detailed knowledge of further education college student information systems and their operation, as well as a good understanding of college admissions, enrolments and registration processes.
  • You will have experience of working directly with students.
  • You must have demonstrable knowledge of FE funding streams, ILR and funding claims, as well as an understanding of timetabling and resource allocation processes.
  • You will be a proficient user of IT systems such as MS Office packages, Office 365 and databases.
  • You will have management experience in an education establishment within Registry, MIS or a similar function.
  • You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to form strong and productive partnerships with key internal and external stakeholders.
  • You will have the ability to analyse complex data and write clear and concise reports.
