Head of Student Support Services
An outstanding senior leader is required to oversee Student Support Services as well as the wellbeing programme and curriculum in the Senior School. The role is pivotal in ensuring effective support for personal and academic pathways for students in the Senior School. The Head of Student Support Services acts as the leader and link to key areas of student support – University and Careers Counselling; Additional Educational Needs; English as an Additional Language; Social/Emotional Counselling; and Medical/Nursing care for students. This key senior leader will support and promote a culture focussed on growth, purpose, a sense of belonging and flourishing in all aspects of student experience.
The successful candidate will be a highly committed team player with the drive, energy and passion to develop this forward-looking school. Applicants must be willing to lead by example and play a full part in the College’s pastoral care and extra-curricular programme.
