The SCC Group is going through an exciting time in delivering its vision for the future. The development of the constituent Colleges; Pendleton Sixth Form College, Eccles Sixth Form College, Worsley College, CitySkills and FutureSkills, together with the expanding Apprenticeship and Higher Education provision means that the central Management Information Department is expanding. With a focus on delivering a first class service to students and staff, the College is seeking to recruit a number of key posts which will have a significant impact on implementing this strategy.

An opportunity has arisen to join our professional and enthusiastic MI team in an interesting and key role as our Head of Technical Services. Our team’s vision is to provide an efficient, professional and customer focused service, supporting the SCC Group in shaping our MI systems. This role is accountable for the full integration of the College’s Management Information Systems. This is a crucial role as you lead on the strategic development and effectiveness of College systems and processes to provide key performance indicators, and submit compliant funding data returns. You will have extensive experience of the FE/HE sector and MIS requirements and funding guidance, and experience of leading successful teams. You will lead the development and implementation of online services for learners, student information systems and integration of the College VLE, HR and Finance systems. Additionally you will lead on exciting projects to ensure best practice.
