Job overview

The Governing Body of St Augustine’s Catholic High School wish to appoint an enthusiastic Head of Technology and Food with the ability to lead, motivate and inspire; who has vision for the subject area and a willingness to be part of our school's journey; with a desire to help our students to achieve the best outcomes possible.

We are looking for someone who has:

·        Experience in delivering Food and Catering qualifications to GCSE level

·        Evidence of achieving high standards of teaching in the classroom.

·        The ability to raise standards of learning and achievement of pupils in the subject area.

·        The ability to lead a team and provide support and guidance to others.

·        Humour, compassion, determination and drive
