The Hall, one of London’s leading preparatory schools are seeking to appoint a Head of Junior School (responsible for approximately 200 boys). The much sought after day Prep school, situated in Belsize Park, Hampstead offers exceptional education to around 450 boys aged 4 to 13 years. The Hall has a strong reputation for developing well-rounded, confident boys who go on to succeed at many of the best senior schools in the country.

The Board of Governors seek an inspirational successor to Kirsty Anderson who leaves after 16 years of outstanding service. This exciting leadership role offers the opportunity to work autonomously whilst contributing to the strategic development of the whole school as part of the Senior Leadership Team.

Committed, confident and energetic, the successful candidate will build on the school’s existing strengths to ensure that the boys develop a love of learning.

A commitment to the School’s ethos of high academic standards and expectations, innovative teaching methodologies, individual attention and high level of pastoral care is essential.
