Head of Tuition

Holland Park Tuition & Education Consultants provides exceptional private tuition and educational support to private members, corporate clients and professional communities. With offices in London and Dubai, we are passionate about education and delivering a high quality service to students and families.

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented, motivated and experienced education professional to oversee the tuition delivery team and be responsible for all sales activities of the well-established and growing tuition division in our London headquarters.

The role’s core responsibilities include:

• Leading the delivery teams to fulfil tuition requests and consulting services
• Speaking to HNW & VIP clients about their tuition needs, including homeschooling, residential placements and revision courses, and meeting with them where necessary
• Handling all enquires for consultancy services and making an introduction to the relevant consultant
• Working with the Directors to develop company strategy and improve systems
• Engaging regularly with clients to ensure our service is meeting their expectations
• Attending industry events and conferences for business development and to generate new client leads
• Acting as a spokesperson for the organisation at sales events and conferences

Ideal candidates will:

• Be an outstanding communicator, a team - player and enjoy working in a fast-paced consumer environment
• Have an educational background, preferably in the private sector, and an excellent understanding of the private education landscape in the UK. We understand that candidates may be teaching in a school, so experience in tutoring is preferred but not essential.
• Have leadership skills and commercial and strategic awareness
• Have a results driven approach to meet and exceed targets
• Have experience and a successful track record of results in a sales role (preferred but not essential)
• Understand the importance of discretion and privacy when dealing with HNW and UHNW families and their households
