The Sheffield College is seeking an enthusiastic, energetic individual who can demonstrate a passion for helping students to excel in achieving their full potential.  

The successful candidate will have experience of leading, influencing and implementing strategy in a large and complex organisation. 

You will be reporting to the Assistant Principal Student Experience and you will work in partnership with the College’s Curriculum Faculty Heads. You will ensure students are provided with a high quality student experience that leads to outstanding student behaviour, progress, progression, attainment and employability outcomes.  

You will ensure that the College’s pastoral teams are enabled to provide outstanding wrap around support with a focus on the students’ welfare, retention, attendance and progress. 

The post will be of interest to those who want to work in an educational setting and who may wish to eventually pursue a career in teaching.

The Sheffield College is one College with a number of campuses, the main ones being; City, Olive Grove, Hillsborough and Peaks. Travel to all College campuses is a necessity in this role.
