The School seeks to appoint an outstanding teacher and leader to the post of Head of Year 7. The successful applicant will be responsible for securing our youngest pupils’ rounded development by celebrating successes and providing support in relation to overall well-being, academic performance, wider school involvement, and general conduct.
This role requires outstanding communication skills, energy and a firm commitment to upholding the School’s standards and expectations. As well as being a good administrator, the person appointed will be able to deal effectively with staff, parents and outside agencies and lead a team of tutors and year group decisively and by example.
