We are looking to appoint a Head of Year to join our committed and skilled pastoral team. You will be responsible for providing support and intervention strategies to meet the pastoral needs of our students. You must have previous experience of working with young people, ideally in a school environment. Working collaboratively with students, staff, parents and external agencies, you will be able to communicate effectively at all levels. Empathy, sensitivity to students’ needs, tact, diplomacy and discretion are all essential qualities.
This role is 37 hours per week term time only with 5 additional days per annum.
