We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and highly motivated Teacher of Science who specialises in Physics to join a successful and supportive team in a well-established department. This post provides an excellent opportunity for a Physics specialist to develop their career. The teacher appointed will be required to teach A Level Physics as well as Science across KS3 and KS4, and all ability ranges.

The successful applicant will play an integral role in contributing to the success of students’ outcomes at KS3, KS4 & KS5. They will be encouraged to enhance the popularity of Physics, especially among girls and students from disadvantaged backgrounds. They will have the ability to plan and monitor effective programmes of study for Physics A Level as well as prepare students to study Physics and related subjects further at university.
