This is an important role for the Academy and it will provide the successful candidate with a wealth of opportunities to develop as a professional. There will be a substantial commitment to ensure high excellent training and mentoring is available at all times.
We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and energetic Head of Year to help lead and manage the Personal Development of students in their year group and will support, lead, manage training and development of form tutors attached to their year group.
The ideal candidate will be a highly qualified, dynamic and inspirational teacher who is committed to raising standards for all pupils and colleagues. If you have excellent organisational skills with the capacity to work with others to raise achievement through motivating and inspiring students then we would like to hear from you.
