We are seeking to appoint a Head of Year (Raising Standards Leader) to work in The Langley Academy Secondary. You will be part of the strategic team of the Academy, as well as having a particular set of responsibilities attached to a year group, which will be decided on appointment, and will take into account the current strengths and skill sets of members of the team.
Are you looking for a significant leadership role? You will be supported by the Trust to bring their skills, knowledge and experience to affect a continuing programme of rapid school improvement.
You will provide outstanding leadership with a strong professional track record and work alongside our Headteacher and the Senior Leadership Team to develop a shared vision for learning.
