The Green School Trust is seeking to appoint a dynamic, collaborative and innovative Head of Year  to join our highly committed staff team in September 2024.  Graded as “Outstanding" in our recent Ofsted at The Green School for Girls, our Sixth Form continues to expand as we welcome students from our two schools - The Green School for Girls and The Green School for Boys and increasing numbers of students from other schools. We are looking for an exceptional colleague to work with our Director of Sixth Form to provide the best possible opportunities for our students. The Green School Sixth Form consortium is part of The Green School Trust, a Church of England Multi Academy Trust which runs The Green School for Girls and The Green School for Boys. Staff will have the opportunity to work across both schools. This is an exciting time to join the Trust as it continues to grow and develop.

A full programme of support for all new staff is provided. CPD and the development of leadership skills is an important part of the school culture and candidates who wish to progress their careers are encouraged to apply.
