As the Head of Year, you will play a pivotal role in guiding and nurturing a designated cohort of students, ensuring their academic success, personal development, and well-being throughout their journey at our school. The role and what we are looking for

We are looking to recruit a dynamic and inspiring leader. This is an exciting opportunity to shape a year group and make it your own. We need someone who will set high expectations for behaviour, inspire students to love learning, and challenge our young people to think in new ways.

Our academy

We are an over-subscribed academy dedicated to celebrating success through world-class aspiration and a love of learning. Our focus is on our students, and staff wellbeing and working with parents to ensure the wider community is engaged with our school, supporting our leaders, and playing an active role in community transformation through academy-led projects. Being part of the Oasis Community Learning Trust, we work to collaborate in sharing best practices with our regional schools, Regional Director, and wider Oasis family.
