Job overview

We are looking to appoint an experienced and enthusiastic Head of Year (Teaching) with the successful candidate being responsible for the leadership of a year group on all pastoral and academic matters. 

Applicants will need to demonstrate evidence of a wide range of knowledge and experience of pastoral care as well as raising levels of academic achievement. We are looking for a key leader to support and develop our already outstanding pastoral provision.  The successful candidate will show an ability to successfully lead a team of tutors and implement a strategic vision for the year group to develop all pastoral aspects and academic performance.
