The Governors of the Abingdon Foundation invite applications for the role of Head of Abingdon Preparatory School, following Crispin Hyde-Dunn’s appointment to the headship of the Dragon School, Oxford with effect from September 2017.
Abingdon Prep is a leading independent day school educating around 250 boys aged 4 to 13. The School prides itself on providing a nurturing, happy community in which individuals thrive. Academic standards are high as is the quality of the extensive co-curricular programme, known as 'the Other Half’. In its latest ISI Inspection, the School was awarded the rare ‘Exceptional’ rating for pupils’ achievement both inside and outside the classroom.
Located on a beautiful rural site, close to Abingdon School, Abingdon Prep forms an integral part of the Foundation with the majority of pupils moving on to the Senior School.
