Strathallan is seeking an ambitious and dynamic Head to succeed Bruce Thompson after seventeen years of excellent service.

Situated in a beautiful 153 acre rural campus with a range of first-class facilities, Strathallan is one of Scotland’s preeminent co-educational boarding and day schools, educating more than 530 pupils aged 9 - 18 years. Founded in 1913, Strathallan has remained true to its core principle of providing a wide variety of opportunities for all to excel whilst looking ahead to the future with ambition and confidence.

Strathallan is an incredibly friendly and welcoming school with a strong sense of community underpinned by excellent pastoral care. The School achieves at a high level in sport, music and drama. Central to an education at Strathallan is the academic curriculum, which embraces both Scottish and English qualifications, and provides a choice of subjects and courses suitable for a range of abilities.
