Teaching ServiceChester Hill High School is a comprehensive, co–educational secondary school situated in South Western Sydney and is part of the Auburn Schools Educational Network. The school encompasses an Intensive English Centre. Chester Hill High School has a current student enrolment of 1215. The school is culturally diverse with 92% of students possessing a language background other than English. Chester Hill High School has 145 refugee or refugee–like students and 14 students with an Aboriginal background. The FOEI of the school is 165.
Demonstrated capacity to work collaboratively as a member of the executive leadership team in the analysis of internal and external data to inform, design and lead high impact strategies that support the school’s strategic directions and improves literacy outcomes for all students.
Demonstrated ability to initiate and evaluate high impact teaching and learning experiences, including assessment, to support a diversity of learners in achieving growth and attainment.
Capacity to lead a faculty team and build the capacity of the other teachers in the faculty to collaboratively plan, differentiate curriculum and effectively assess student progress through innovative programming.
Demonstrated exemplary interpersonal skills with a proven ability to sustain productive relationships and lead collaboration and pedagogical change within in a diverse faculty team.
