The Governors, children and staff of Southfield Primary School are seeking to appoint a forward thinking and dedicated Head Teacher, with a proven record of delivering high quality outcomes, and learning experiences for children in our two form entry school.
We are a popular and well subscribed primary school and nursery that serves children from a wide social and cultural background. Recently assessed as Requires Improvement in an OFSTED inspection in July 2015, as our new Head teacher, you’ll relish the chance to give children, parents and the local community the exceptional support they deserve, whilst raising standards and attainment.
We’re looking for a naturally engaging leader; someone with the strength of personality to quickly get to grips with our aspirations and achieve impressive results. Ideally, you’ve already worked in a multicultural school and you value the benefits of working in a community rich with ethnic diversity.
Community-focused, you like to play an active role in the school, building relationships with our parents and with the local area. You’ll also see the enormous value of working closely with our governing body formulating plans for the greater good.
Already a Head teacher or a member of the leadership team who’s ready to work in a two-form entry primary school? Do you have an impressive track record?
Can you show you’ve had the credibility and vision to influence a senior management team?
