Fairfields Primary School is part of the Inspiring Futures through Learning Multi-Academy Trust, and is a brand new purpose built school in the heart of the rapidly growing Fairfields development, part of the West Expansion Area, on the outskirts of Milton Keynes.

We wish to appoint an outstanding Head Teacher who has a proven track record of sustained improvement within the Primary sector. You will have at least 2 years experience of headship and exhibit a passion for creating a brand new school in the middle of a brand new community. This is a unique opportunity where you will be responsible for growing a team of people who will share both your own ethos and that of The Trust. You will play a significant part in supporting the educational system within The Trust as we develop a group of schools with a core vision of creating amazing people of the future.

Previous experience of opening a new school is desirable but not essential.
