Head Teacher

Located in Rainham, close to the village of Wennington, Brady Primary school is a single form entry school with 210 pupils. We are always oversubscribed, with a very strong reputation in the local community. Brady has a committed and dedicated team of staff and governors.

A typical school day at Brady Primary is one that excites, challenges and motivates our children and staff, through a culture of cross-curricular learning where aspirations are consistently high.

The school has undergone a significant period of transition, where results were weak and the leadership changed. The school gained a ‘Requires Improvement’ judgement from Ofsted in December 2014, and has undergone 2 years of rapid improvement. Currently the school is awaiting a re-inspection recognising the significant journey the school has recently undergone. Following the re-location of our current Headteacher, we have an ambitious long term vision and this position offers you a genuine opportunity to help us deliver it and shape our future.
