Head Teacher

Barclay Primary School is a 6FE primary split across two sites and provides an outstanding education to 1048 children growing to 1,200 children by 2019. The school also has a 178-place nursery. Judged as “outstanding” by Ofsted across all categories in April 2016, Barclay Primary is the flagship school of the Lion Academy and Lion Education Trusts and a leader in developing innovative practice around key pedagogical strategies, integrating ICT into the curriculum and providing all pupils the best possible start to their learning journeys.
