The Governors of Myton School, Warwick, are looking to appoint a highly motivated, enthusiastic and inspirational Head Teacher with successful leadership experience in secondary education.

Myton School is a popular, fully inclusive 11-18 school with 1,600 students on roll including approximately 300 students in the Sixth Form. Located in the historic county town of Warwick, Myton School is in close proximity to Birmingham & Coventry and plays an important role in the vibrant and diverse local community.

One of our core values, “No child is left behind”, permeates the work of our school and staff. Our focus is on delivering a consistently excellent standard of teaching & learning, and ensuring that every student is given the opportunity to achieve to their highest potential. We are looking for a Head Teacher who shares our vision for taking this forward.

Our new Head Teacher will have an excellent understanding of the changing educational landscape both locally and nationally, be a visible leader who is able to inspire and support the whole school community, continue to build links within the local area and maximise relationships with local employers and schools.
